Privacy Statement

We respect your privacy and commit to protecting it. This Privacy Statement is provided to inform you of our privacy policy and practices, and, of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The web site is structured so that, in general, you can visit us without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Our Privacy statement is easy to find: a link at the bottom of every web page on this site.

If you choose to provide us with personal information via email, other means or by purchasing art works, you can be assured that it will be used only to support our business relationship. We take seriously the trust you place in us. We will not sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information to others.

This privacy statement covers personally identifiable information, anonymous data collection and aggregate reporting. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name or personal identity. Anonymous (non-personal) information is data about usage and service operation, reported in aggregate, which is not associated to a specific personal identity. Aggregate information is data collected and summarized in broad categories.

What we collect:

Through our web site, you can order goods and make information requests by using the “Contact” page form. The types of personal information that you provide could include your name, address, telephone, email address, order requests and contact preferences. There is no online payment system in place so bank, credit or debit card details are not requested. Any payments should be made directly to a nominated bank account or directly to Eli Sky.

Anonymous (non-personal) data we collect may include the pages visited on our site, unique URLs visited within our site, browser type and IP address. Most anonymous data is collected via cookies or other analysis technologies. We will not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and do not target information to children under 13. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.

Anonymous (non-personal) data is aggregated for reporting on our web site usability, performance, and effectiveness. Your non-personal information is used to help us understand your needs and interests and provide you with better services, thus improving your experience, and our site’s usability and content.

Who we share it with:

We will not sell, rent, lease or give your personally identifiable information to others. We will not share your personal information with a business partner or any unrelated third party unless you give your permission. Your permission will be requested for any potential transfer of personally identifiable information.

We will not provide your information without your permission unless required by law enforcement action or subpoena. Local country laws and policies are applied where this is appropriate.

Third party links:

Links provided on our web site to third-party web sites are provided as a convenience and we do not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our own. We do not endorse or make any representations about them. You should review the privacy policy of any other site before submitting your personal information to them. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is covered by their privacy policies, and not by our Privacy Policy. Some third-parties may choose to share their personal data with us, that sharing is governed by that third-party’s privacy policy.

Access & Accuracy:

We will strive to keep your personally identifiable information accurate and will put in place standard review processes and tools to maintain this accuracy. Please notify us of any incorrect information via the email form provided on the “Contact” page.

Security:

To ensure the security of your information and to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of the information, we have in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

Contacting us:

We value your comments and opinions. If you have comments or questions about our privacy policy or sales matters, please email us by visiting our “Contact” page.

How cookies, web beacons and other analysis technologies may be used:

A “cookie” is a small data file transferred by a web site to your computer’s hard drive. A web-site may send cookies when you surf a site, make purchases, request information, for personalisation, or if you register yourself or for certain services.  Accepting the cookies used on a site does not give the site access to your Personally Identifiable Information, but the cookies may be used to identify your computer. Many cookies are “session” cookies, meaning the cookie does not stay on your computer after you leave the web site or close your browser. Cookies that remain on your computer are often called “permanent” cookies. These types of cookies are used to facilitate shopping, personalisation and registration services. For example, cookies can keep track of what you have selected to purchase as you continue to shop and allow you to enter your password only once on web pages where a logon is required.

Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually refuse cookies or selectively accept certain cookies by adjusting the preferences in your browser. If you turn off cookies, there may be some features of a site that will not be available to you and some web pages may not display properly. You can find information in the help area of most browsers on how to adjust your cookie preferences.

Some web pages and HTML-formatted email newsletters use web beacons in conjunction with cookies to compile aggregate statistics about web site usage. A web beacon is an electronic image, called a single-pixel (1×1), or clear-GIF. You may render web beacons unusable by rejecting their associated cookies. This data is not personally identifiable or linked to personally identifiable information.

We do not use third-party media companies to place ads for our art work on other companies’ web sites or place other companies’ ads on our website. If you view a web page where ads appear, the online media company may place a cookie on your computer or use a web beacon. This allows the online media company to recognize the computer when it is used to return to that site, or to measure advertising response. This data is anonymous and is not linked to personal data on the user’s computer or to any of our databases. This data is also used by the online media company to measure advertising and content interest and relevance. We do not have access to the data collected by the online media company. To prevent online media companies from placing cookies on your computer, you will need to visit either each media company’s web site and use their opt-out process or adjust your browser settings as appropriate.
